Pipeline Pressure
Testing
Pipeline pressure testing is a requirement for any contractor installing or repairing water pipelines. Therefore, without accurate hydrostatic pressure testing, pipelines may be unable to withstand the pressures of constant use, so identifying leaks early can eliminate more expensive and time-consuming problems down the line.
As the industry leaders in hydrostatic pipeline pressure testing, we have the equipment, expert intervention and on-site support to help ensure your pressure tests are undertaken safely, efficiently and in line with industry standards, every time.

Pressure Testing Types
Hydrostatic pressure testing requires a pipeline to be exposed to water pressure levels above its normal operating pressure to determine whether there are any faults or weaknesses. This pressure test should be carried out for every new pipeline and all new sections of pipework laid in an existing system. If not undertaken safely and correctly, in line with industry best practice, a pressure test can be a highly dangerous activity.
Ant Hire Solution's extensive range of pipeline pressure testing equipment has been specially designed to cover all pipeline pressure tests, including Type 1, Type 2 and 10 minute pressure tests.
Our easy-to-use pumps, with capacities ranging from 6 litres to 530 litres per minute, data loggers and digital gauges have been designed and engineered by our in-house team to provide the best possible solutions and results.
Additionally, Ant Hire's expert analysts monitor pressure tests in real-time, ensuring pipeline leaks and air content safety threshold breaches can be identified and acted on as soon as they occur, saving time, money and improving operational safety and performance.
